Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam sigurd... First stop: haircut for monsieur... He picked a nice salon where 3 or 4 girls were sitting around waiting for a customer to come in. So the minute he walked through the door, they all fawned over him, beckoning him to a seat. He has visions of soft, delicate hands shampoing his hair, slowly massaging his scalp and sensually rubbing his neck. He turned around to give me a big, happy smile and took his seat. As soon as his butt hit the chair, one of ...
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam bebabui... the States, probably around $500). STOKED! We also bought some movies on DVD that are just now hitting the theaters in the US for about $0.60 apiece. Can't beat that. Tara found some Ed and Hardy shoe-ripoffs for $8. And we each got some t-shirts. The deals here are amazing. I forgot to rip most of my episodes of The Simpsons to my computer (which is my security blanket when I am not at home) and have been very ****** at myself for not doing so ...

Ho Chi Minh, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam bridyfitz... as the very impressive citadel. <br>I actually got scammed as well for the first time here (that I later became aware of anyway!), and it was very cleverly done. I basically handed over a 100,000 dong note and a 10,000 dong note for two entrance tickets, both are similar coloured notes. With a blink of the eye, the ticket lady swapped the 100,000 for another 10,000 note and says you've given her the wrong money. Naturally I hand over the correct money ...

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam wilkdogsI've enjoyed this place so much I've decided to stay longer and scrapped my plans for visiting a town elsewhere. Visited the Cu Chi Tunnels yesterday. Series of tunnels used by the VietCong when fighting the yanks during the war, just outside of HCMC. Pretty amazing how they built these tunnels and vast complexes underground without being detected by the Americans for ages. Got to go inside a part of the tunnel system ...
