... as well as a really weird big statue of a kangaroo called Matilda... Not entirely sure what that was about. Arrived at Dingo's in the evening - the hostel where our Fraser Island trip starts. ... 6 oldies stayed on board to chat and spot huge turtles. The sail back was a little less rough and overall it was a good day. $125 each for the day including lunch. The crew of two were friendly and experienced and we would recommend them. I only have a few photos because it's hard to take photos whilst going up and down and side to side. ... previous stops had us close for time. We made it fine, the last few hours again under complete darkness with barely a soul on the road but it was nice! We even took the time to scare some blog action en route! Upon arrival and getting both vans settled we went out for some tea and a couple of schooners as a celebration after our long day.
