... was a geoid (those rocks with the crystals inside) for each of them. Yesterday was special because before they read me the book, we got to crack them and see what was inside. The middle child (Magda) was so excited she was shaking. She wanted to show everyone her rock, and ended up picking a hole in it (I think) to put on a necklace. ... was a little tricky; we slowly realized that it was a German holiday and long weekend and many of them chose to visit Prague. After seeing the bridge we pushed ourselves through the crowds and walked through a pretty touristy sort of alley where we got lots of postcards and other goodies.
