No kitchen to cook your own food but the restaurant is good and they do have a fridge you can store things in. Dorms have lockers to store bags in and staff are really helpful (I bought my tram ticket from the front desk and got given a map too).

Really helpful staff, close to the trams, has a pool and sauna which is a "plus" haha. The dorms are spacious and clean, and around the corner from the convenience stores. Would definitely recommend staying!

The plus Prague is a decent hostel. 4 bed dorms with private bathrooms and big rooms is good. Wifi, pool, sauna, bar, etc is also a plus.

Initially in the female dorms with a towel, shampoos and hair dryer which is handy! A very large hostel. The restaurant was great at making gluten free meals however there were no kitchen facilities again making it awkward making our own meals.

Our room was freezing because the heat didn't work. The staff was great though and gave us heaters and extra blankets. However, the cleaning was subpar. I stayed in the sister hostel Plus Florence thinking it would be as clean...It was not.

In looking for a place to stay I quickly realized why so many people like going to Prague and what they meant by it being so cheap. There were quiet a few cheap places to stay, but I picked this hostel because I stayed in there sister location in Florence and because they had a pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for work, maybe next time. The staff here were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They actually had someone on staff that brought people each day to the downtown meet up place for free city tour. There were some bus tour groups that came through here but it wasn’t that bad or noisy in the halls because of it. The internet was just slow when everyone was inside using it. They also had a shuttle bus that cost a little but it got me to the airport without having to lug my bags around the airport.

    Beautiful day in Prague

Organisation seriously went out of the window this morning. After a morning of faffing around we finally made it to the tram station to discover that Sophie had forgotten her sunglasses so had to walk all of the way back to get them. Just as we were approaching the station for the second time of the day, she remembered we had also forgotten the …

    Jeez I'm hot

Today has been ridiculously hot, and being a typical Brit I have spent most of the day moaning about the heat! Never satisfied am I! This morning we caught the tram into the city, however we got very disoriented and ended up wandering around aimlessly for over half an hour before finally stumbling across the Old Town. This is slightly embarrassing …

    Why am I so clumsy?!

It was a slow start this morning, neither of us were feeling particularly alive after a late night so we treated ourselves to a lie in. Once up and ready for the day we caught the tram into the city centre and decided to explore for ourselves and just see where we would end up which was lots of fun. We came across a bridge and we were like, 'I …

A new fact I've learnt about Sophie is that she talks in her sleep...a lot! Yet again I was woken in the night by her yelping murmurs while she continued to sleep blissfully unaware. When 6 o'clock rolled around the last thing I wanted to do was drag my bum out of bed but somehow I managed it! We gathered our things together as quietly as possible …

Wow! We are not entirely sure what Timezone our bodies are in but we are sure we made it to Prague. After our quick stop off at home (London) and a quick cuddle and catch up with my family we were back into travel mode. This time only with our backpacks. We set off to the tube (keep to the right) and arrived at Heathrow airport. Once on the plane …
