The reception staff was very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived and with every question we had during our stay!

The room that we stayed in was neat, spacious, and clean. My bed, however, was so creaky that I was very conscious about the people on the lower floor. They would have wondered about he activities that were taking place on the bed...

This hostel had a laundry room where the guests can wash clothes and use the dryer as well! And the hostel provides the detergent! To use both of them costs just 200 Kč (100 Kč each). Washer takes 30 minutes of your time, and the dryer 45 minutes. Not bad!

This place is definitely worth suggesting to others!

Great Hostel with friendly staff. large 4 bed dorm room with ensuite. Room has 1 bunk and two flat beds. Cabinets to lock and store your items are also included. Two separate rooms for toilet and shower which works well when you share a room. Pool and sauna use are included in room cost. Would recommend.

No kitchen to cook your own food but the restaurant is good and they do have a fridge you can store things in. Dorms have lockers to store bags in and staff are really helpful (I bought my tram ticket from the front desk and got given a map too).

Really helpful staff, close to the trams, has a pool and sauna which is a "plus" haha. The dorms are spacious and clean, and around the corner from the convenience stores. Would definitely recommend staying!

Initially in the female dorms with a towel, shampoos and hair dryer which is handy! A very large hostel. The restaurant was great at making gluten free meals however there were no kitchen facilities again making it awkward making our own meals.

Our room was freezing because the heat didn't work. The staff was great though and gave us heaters and extra blankets. However, the cleaning was subpar. I stayed in the sister hostel Plus Florence thinking it would be as clean...It was not.

In looking for a place to stay I quickly realized why so many people like going to Prague and what they meant by it being so cheap. There were quiet a few cheap places to stay, but I picked this hostel because I stayed in there sister location in Florence and because they had a pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed for work, maybe next time. The staff here were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They actually had someone on staff that brought people each day to the downtown meet up place for free city tour. There were some bus tour groups that came through here but it wasn’t that bad or noisy in the halls because of it. The internet was just slow when everyone was inside using it. They also had a shuttle bus that cost a little but it got me to the airport without having to lug my bags around the airport.

Not the best sleep (thanks snoring Jess) plus I kept thinking we were going on a driving tour and staying an extra day in Austria. Which we are not. I'm still confused about it. Breakfast at "figure it out yourself" o'clock for bags to coach at 7.50am. We're off to Czech Republic today, via a concentration camp. Plus real Andrei is back today. We …

I woke feeling better today, so suspect that I had some sort of bladder infection yesterday. Checkout wasn't till 11 and the bus leaves at 11:30 so was perfect. We got up about 9:30 had our tea and coffee, then packed our bags and chilled out for a bit before we headed down, checked out and we waited about 15mins and the guide turned up. She only dropped off one person, so when we got on there was only a few seats left. But we managed to …

We head to the concentration camps at Auschwitz this morning before continuing on to Prague in the Czech Republic, it's likely to be a sad day, but it's important to remember these kinds of things to ensure they aren't repeated.
