    The service is great everybody is very friendly and helpful. the facilities are okay the first time i stayed everything was fine but the second time i stayed in a different dorm room and the shower did not work well at all unfortunately. It has AC and TV inside the dorm which is also nice but i did not really use the TV

    I have food poisoning! I had a rather embarrassing incident when we were leaving Winneba as I had to throw up in a drain next to the North Campus.     I slept so well last night! from about 8pm till 7:45am i was so tired after waking up at 3am on the first morning and all the jetlag. I almost missed breakfast that finishes at 8am.     ... Ghanaian run. The boys hired big surf boards and had a lesson... Megan and I hired body boards. The waves were absolutely MASSIVE. I've never seen waves so big.
