Yesterday we packed up and left Granada to drive to Malaga. We took a detour to a town at the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, driving through Lanjaron and Orgiva to get to Pampaneira. Pampaneira is a white town high up in the hills of the Sierra Nevada, the views of the mountains were amazing. Rain overnight, but by morning, we are back to blue skies.
... drive. Day 2 ... Christmas saw us in Africa, Morrocco to be exact. Now that was an experience ... noisy ... crowded ... and a completely different set of rules but it was well worth the drive ... Day 3 was a local beach day ... Day 4 saw us off to Gibraltar and Day 5 to Granada which was a 2 hour drive away ... We were busy for the time we were there ... the weather wasn't as hot as we had hoped for but we managed to really explore the area .... ...
