The staff was my absolute favourite! They are more then happy to assist you, let you know the place places for beer, give you details about some history and overall super accommodating.

The staff was not super helpful. The wi-fi didn't reach the rooms which is always a let down. Breakfast included a sandwich you could have for lunch which was awesome. Location was pretty decent, about a 7 minute walk from the heart of Old Prague. Common area wasn't the best I've seen, but I've definitely seen a lot worse as well...

They called a taxi to see if they knew where our other hostel was, because we could get from there to our house, but they didn't know it. Just when we were about to take them up on the offer to stay and have a drink, Joe remembered that he had the receipt in his pocket that had the street name on it. They called a friend and had him mapquest it, then ...
