... my first day of my trip as it was an experience) Miami was a total dump, I ventured out for a few hours, it looked like a 3rd world country that had got rid of everything apart from gelato shops. Where was all the brick? The place is just a endless grid of concrete. I sat on the very unexciting beach for about half an hour before returning to the much more comfortable airport. ... Our last meal was at a wonderful French restaurant called Otentico that we discovered on trip advisor. The food and service were excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. By thisOne more night sleeping with the Spanish workers was quite enough. We were elated to find out there was no charge for our stay - we MUST have been in staff quarters. We celebrated with an American diner breakfast before making our way to the airport. Next stop ...

... tour guide/driver provided a commentary about all things Miami, most of which, including the bad jokes, I had heard previously on my Hop-on Hop-off bus tour. That being said, he was still pretty good. We arrived at our destination and were shepherded straight off the bus and on to an awaiting air boat. Now, I should point out that these things are huge and not like the little 2-seaters you see in movies. I reckon they could easily seat 50 people. ...
