One 80o is a really cool hostel with loads going on but it's busy so if you book a shared room don't expect to get it to yourself. When you arrive it may seem miles from anywhere but Berlin is really flat so cycling or walking is easy. You find loads of good bars and places to eat nearby but expect to walk around 15-25 minutes to find the best choice.

The first stop in Germany was Frankfurt, I wish I could reminisce more about the city but I was horribly jet lagged after no sleep on a 21 hour flight. What I do remember is how …

We started our first full day in Berlin with a 4 hour walking tour of all the main attractions. Our guide was really enthusiastic about history and the tour was fun and interesting. We started at museum island, the main museum area in Berlin. From there we walked to a beautifully designed memorial for the German women who rebuilt the city after the …

... upload some more photos so people can see what I've seen today....a picture says a thousand words after all. Berlin really is a very cool city - I normally dislike large cities and I really like it here, so that says something about the's just so interesting.

So check out the photos, on this post and the last couple of weeks,
