Sao Conrado aka Hill from Hell
Darren starts to lose energy and is serious need of an energy drink, and starts to slow drinks from the next water stand, which gives him hope that there would be water and energy drinks at the bottom of the next hill. Unfortunately, all of the energy drinks had been consumed or taken by aforementioned favela residents.
Katie is doing ok on the big hill...until she realizes how fricking big the hill is ...

Another area not recommended enough is Centro, the historical and business centre of Rio. Looks amazing but not sure if I would want to rent a box at 3,000 pounds per night. ... but the smaller the bikini the better especially if you have got the booty to show off. From young to old and all shapes and sizes you will not see anyone covered up here. The men sport their speedos and the women sport as little as G-strings!!!! It's insane, but contagious. Why be so conservative when the whole beach is very very liberal. ... yesterday and got up a bunch. My friend who was a first timer also did real good. We are going again this morning and hopefully the waves will be good. It seems like paddling here is even harder than it was in Bali, but maybe that just means I havenīt been working enough lately. Oh yeah we also skated a park that is real close to the hostel and is right on the beach. We had to go around dusk because it is so friggin hot here ...
