... It is definitely one way to get up close and personal with the locals but the problem for me is some people's heads are at my chest. If I'm really lucky the trains jolts and I get a complementary motorboat from some poor middle aged woman. Fun times. Mum and dad came to visit during my first few weeks at my centre and stayed in a hotel only a few blocks away! Lucky for me I only had to leave ten minutes before work started instead of an hour. I am very lucky but the only problem ...

While I did not feel the need to answer questions one of the women was interested in me because I had indicated I adopted as a single woman. ... lucky she was able to make it to the top. Performance was interesting but over too quick, hardly recovered from the walk up and now had to somehow get down! Great view of the smog from the top of the temple, can only imagine what it would be like on a clear day.

Walked around the area, past the Bell Tower and had another refreshment at a nice little cafe before heading off to the Hutongs. We witnessed the change of drivers for the rickshaw's, similar to the change of drivers ...

... Only a little one, we will go back for an upgrade another day for a big one, which are only around 30 quid. Helicopter flying lessons only last about 10 mins until it needs charging again, and we're not quite up to flying it out of the 11th floor yet but getting there!

Andy happy, I managed to negotiate a pair of Converse baseball boots for myself (Colleen, you'd be proud!!) a tenner for the genuine article, yeah right.......
