    We were stoked and had tickets in our hands for the 50 lari ($30) flight on a helicopter!

    ... would normally be ok, but since Western Union didnt open until 8am in florida that morning, that means that Western Union would be closed here. So I would receive no money today. When i left the atm I really had to figure out how I was going to spend the few dollars I had left. I walked to the bazaar and bought a thick loaf of bread for 22 cents. I also bought a 5 liter jug of water and now I was down to 3600 som which is $1.33.
