Yesterday we decided to take advantage of the hotels shuttle bus into nearby Phuket Town. There are two main towns in Phuket - Phuket Town the quiet capital, and Patong - the tourist destination everyone thinks of when you say Phuket. We have no interest in visiting Patong (you only need Google it to find out why!!) and so ventured to Phuket Town instead.
