... a mountain to see a Budda temple was a better option. The Big Budda is still in the process of being built, and for a small fee you can buy a marble tile to go towards the build. A great thing for the tourists to do, and considering that this is going to take 30 million Baht, possibly a great plan.

The boys enjoyed a few drinks while Indi and I checked out the Indoor kids play area there. She loved running up and down the trampoline and bouncing off the sides, playing with the plastic kitchen foods, offering me plastic cake, throwing balls out of the ballpit, chasing the older ...

... walked around the area we were staying in Phuket, Karon Village, which was awful. Empty restaurants and seedy bars were all there was to be found. There were Russians everywhere as well that only made things worse. We quickly retired to our hostel for a few drinks with a plumber from London who was returning home the next day after 22 months away. The day trip to Phi Phi was a hundred times better than we expected. We presumed the lady boy would have thrown us on some rubbish boat ...
