... the sun, uhhhh did I mention sunbathing?! Oh, not to mention turning into blokes for the New Years Eve Party! Visiting Fiji has been such an eye-opener. I have learnt so much about the culture, the traditions and how Fiji-time is definitely the way forward! (Ie you do things when they suit you and in no rush!) School groups would like this cruise as it is fun and full of entertainment but interesting at the same time. Surfing will also be a popular activity for the students as they will get to learn to surf and hopefully by the end of the session be riding waves and having the time of their lives.

... with, result I guess? Although it does seem a little creepy, it's very dark outside already and I've just spotted a lizard above my bed! Good thing is the toilet & shower are actually inside for a change. Fingers crossed the weather picks up or I can see us being a little bit bored here as there isn't really much to do! But hey £1 a pint at happy hour will keep us motivated during the day. Update: we have just booked another island so leave first thing in the morning! ...

... flight was fairly bumpy all the way but lunch was very nice. OMG it was like being hit in the face with the heat, such a shock to the system. Found our driver who was an older Indian man driving a immaculate black Toyota crown, something from a James Bond movie from the 70's, but it did air conditioning. It started raining as we were driving to the resort at natadola the first rain since May, ...
