Walked around Ljubljana and went to the castle, town hall and St Nicholas Cathedral all a bit over 3 hours.
It's a pretty compact city.
Castle wasn't anything all that special, but I guess it's the main tourist attraction within the city.

After consulting the Lonely Planet for Europe it seemed Slovenia was well worthy of 3-4 days and small enough to see quite a bit of the country, only decision was how to get there the cheapest way.
