Paid for a triple and a double through a travel agency and upon arrival ended up all 5 of us getting squished into one larger room. It was ok, had a/c but one person was expected to sleep on a mat on the floor which is not what we paid for. The staff are helpful, there are bikes to rent but I found the uncleanliness disappointing. How much effort does it take to wipe down a sink? No loo roll supplied, towels are nearly seethrough.
The green tea is perfect though! I wouldn't go back, shamebecause the building itself looks lovely. Maybe we just got a bad room.
