... or smashed potatoes. Then you can add all sorts of things to the classic cheese curd and gravy concoction. I opt for the classic poutine with some mushrooms. The boys add bacon, ham, onions on theirs. We enjoy our lunch (the regular poutine was a good size) and catching up on things missed over the past decade. ... 4 pm Montreal departure, 7 hours of layovers (2 in Toronto and 5 in Zurich) and no sleep for approximately 35 hours since Saturday am EST 8am. (New Delhi is 10 ahead of EST so 48 - 10 time change - 3 hours between 5 and 8 am Delhi time). Interesting seat mates: to Zurich a recruiter for private girls school in TO and Zurich to Delhi a nomadic, somewhat scruffy sort of French man who was on a buying trip--his tenth to India --for his Paris shop Nomadin.
