So far Cancun is beautiful. The trees are a luscious color and since it is a tourist area everyone has to like and help you. It's friggin humid though. I should've known. I'm not sure if I'm liking the tourist aspect of Cancun. I feel like an outsider trying to be budget-conscious but everyone else here is trying to experience "Mexico" but in …

We began our day very early the morning of the 26th, very excited for our flight to Cancun. We were also rather nervous though, as Hurricane Rina was creating havoc on the whole Caribbean side of the Mexican coast.
Luckily our flight wasn't cancelled and we said our goodbyes to Canada, after a long 2 years here!
We arrived around 6 at night …

The place was kinda hard to find and it was dark in the room even with the light on. Our room was also an OVEN. But the breakfast was good, fat pancakes and the owner is from NY! Represent!
