The best advice: Get on a ferry. To anywhere.
Before we left for our trip, we were told by several friends that the one thing we have to do when in Sydney is get on a ferry. To anywhere --- it didn't matter. On October 2nd, we were able to jump on a ferry over to Watson's Bay. Home of the famous seafood restaurant, Doyles.
