Hi All,

Hope you're well. We went to Mexico for a couple of weeks in January to get away from the winter as well as get some r&r before our son takes over our lives (for the better).

It's taken a bit longer than usual to sort these out but better late than never right?

It's been a crazy week on Cozumel Island. Of course, it started with diving. On Saturday I arranged for a two tank dive with Chucho, where I met Rachel and Jessica from Texas. Fascinating and über inefficient! Still, they ...

... We've not got off to the best start. The Playacar Spa and Golf club is about 20 humid minutes walk from the hotel, along the same strip of condominiums and hotels that we've been running along most mornings. Once we've finally convinced the ...

The Black Death & Unidentified Insect Bites

A travel blog entry by ljm13 on Aug 28, 2012

So Mexico was as great as ever (6th time here!) although this particular trip special shout outs have to go out to "The Black Death" (poor Gary) who unleashed the Kracken far more times than was necessary OR convenient for my Dad's liking, and also my "unidentified insect bite" that lead to a trip to the medical centre far too early into my trip for my liking (I made it 3 days without ...
