Woosh Woosh water
So we arrived after a ¨16¨ hours bus ride, which was really 20, in Puerto de Iguazu! It was just a small town and our hostel was directly opposite the bus station which is a real nice relief as my rack sack is not life. The hostel was very cool it was nearly all out doors and was pretty relaxed. We took it easy during the day and met some new …
Lots of Water
Hi Everyone!
Thanks for following along with me as I travel! I appreciate all the comments :)
Yesterday, when I checked into my hostel- after 36 horrible hours on a bus from Medoza-I noticed there was a girl from my Spanish class at Queen´s (from when I was in first year) on the list. I found her and her friend last night and we´ …

Iguazu falls sits on the border of Argentina and Brazil. We decided to stay on the Argentinian side in a town called Puerto Iguazu rather than Foz do Iguacu (Brazil). There isn't much else is to do in Puerto Iguazu itself, just lots of other tourists with one mission, to visit the spectacular falls.
We arrived late afternoon and were pleased …
Iguazu missions...
Well, sometimes nothing is easy, but i'm used to that by now...
Checked out of the hotel around midday. At breakfast the sun was out and it was nice and warm.
Headed up to my room to do last minute check of bags, and it slowly got darker outside.
By the time i was ready to leave, it was torrential rain out, and the rivers of water were …
A little piece of paradise....
We arrived in Puerto Iguazu after a 21 hour coach journey from Cordoba, The minute we stepped off the coach though, we knew the long trip had been worth it. We were staying in a small town called Puerto Iguazu. When we arrived, the sun was shining, the sky was blue, and our hostel was directly opposite the bus station. This made our life a lot …

Good location just in front of the Bus station, nice common area with garden, swimmingpool, outside kitchen, wifi on common areas, breakfast not specially good, but ok. Aircon in some rooms, not all. Ask yours with aircon! Good info about the visit to the falls

Not a place I would recommend or stay again. Terrible management, unhelpful staff and not very welcoming.

Clean and tidy was well looked after. Ideal from the perspective of it being across the road from the bus station.
Had some shorts stolen which we're drying outside the dorm, when we told the reception staff they weren't the slightest bit interested. Not much they could do about it I know but some interest would have been appreciated.

Fantastic hostel right across the road from the bus station in Iguazu.
Very friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast eveery morning, and right in the centre of town for restaurants and shops.
Lovely swimming pool too, with outdoor barbecue/braai area with kitchenette overlooking the pool.
Fussball table, and table tennis table included free of charge too in the courtyard area.
Dorms were thoroughly cleaned every morning, and new sheets fitted.
Lock up storage in all the dorms for all occupants, and a big luggage store aswell if needed.
Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Iguazu Falls Argentina side!
