... 60s and this is just the start of winter. Sizes here are larger than in the U.S. so I spent a couple hours trying to figure out what fits. The most confusing are the jeans sizes -- some are in centimeters, some in inches, and all the womens jeans are super skinny cut (that doesn't work for me). I tried on the men's jeans size I usually wear but those barely fit my knees. Anyway, Kmart came through like a champ and I have a few extra long-sleeve sweaters and outdoor socks.

... and my checked bag ACTUALLY SHOWED UP even after my connecting flight in Honolulu. Needless to say, I was on one of the best natural highs ever. I was in Sydney, Australia with no one to answer to, no schedule and no plans. My cabbie was initially a bit sour - cabs from the airport typically want to take several groups with them.
