Travel Blogs from Byron Bay
So we arrived in Byron Bay after a further 2 hours on the greyhound coach. The residence of most of Australia's hippies! Lots of rainbow colours, dreadlocks and chillled out shoe-less people. We spent the morning booking up coaches and hostels for the next few days then headed for the beach which must of had hurricane force winds, …
Hi there mates! Wanna cuppa? (translation: would you like a cup of coffee/tea a.k.a. warm beverage?) Lots of sun, great people, beaches, the Pacific Ocean and each other =) (Fie) We spent ten days with our family in Noosa and Brisbane. …

We woke up on Friday morning and, naturally, after three days of rain it was sunny blue skies! But alas, we were booked to leave Surfers and made our way to Byron Bay on the trusty Greyhound bus.
We checked into our hostel which was a bit disappointing as the room smelt musty and damp. Would not recommend staying …
the shuttle from the bus never came to pick us up in the morning, luckily, this hostel is not too far away. but overall, it was clean. a lot of party eople there, so if you like sleep, its a gamble.
