    Close to the train

    I was literally only passing through Nanning, wasn't even meant to stay as long as I did so this was perfect for me. I was walking distance to both the train and the bus.

    It's very clean and comfortable, and right in the middle of the city. The showers are fantastic!

    Spent 2 days in Yangshuo, 1 night in Xingping, and 2 night in Guilin, before taking the train to Nanning; and then the sleeper train from Nanning to Hanoi. Great Hostel - Yangshuo 11 - with fantastic views forms it's roof. Swam in the Li River and visited the markets. Took the bus to Xingping - a smaller, less touristy village upstream on the Li River. Explored the farming village across the river by ferry. Guilin was big and bustling, but not half as bad as ...
