The UK? Yeah, I been there. Seen some stuff. Let's talk about it! When the plane landed in Heathrow Jess and I were basically ready to die. It was 7AM in the states and I slept maybe 45 minutes total the whole night. All of the airport staff looked like Capital Chordsmen because they were wearing purple ties so that was pretty damn funny. We met a …

'Cos I'm in London still

I just can't seem to get enough of pain in my legs, thats probably the reason I walked as far as I did today. Not actually, I walked that far because today really is the last day I'm going to have in Europe, my holiday nearly at an end. I may have have wanted to go home for about a week or son now, but only so I didn't have to worry about my money …

Everybody's talking at me

A travel blog entry by pegsaroni

Everybody's talking at me I don't hear a word they're saying Only the echoes of my mind People stopping, staring I can't see their faces Only the shadows of their eyes Today was just as lazy as yesterday. In fact, the first part of breakfast and going and sitting down in the games room almost followed yesterday to the letter. Today I chatted to my …

Relax, don't do it

A travel blog entry by pegsaroni

Lazy day today, I have done nothing. Apart from the tremendous cost of the tube, my legs were sore this morning, so another thirty plus kilometre walk didn't seem like the thing to do. Breakfast led me to sitting down in the games room until 3:00pm, chatting to people on the net, watching TV and doing very little. I then figured I needed a shower, …

Other than the fact that it is located in zone three of the tube and bus lines it has a good location near the underground and bus stops. It is relatively clean for a hostel and as it is rather far out it is in a quiet part of London. You don't ever have to worry about being cold as the heat is high and comforters keep you plenty warm. If you are coming for sight seeing I would recommend a hostel in zones one or two.
