... on Hoan Kiem Lake. The show depicts a series of ancient Vietnamese folktales which are acted out by puppets over a pool of water, a very different show. The music was terrific and the puppets were entertaining but weird. The performance was in a packed theatre of some 250 to 300 tourists. Apparently they performed five shows daily. The entire event was about 45 minutes. After the show we headed to the hotel to check in and have a break.
