I booked it out of work on Friday at three to catch my Robert Q. I felt a little bad because it was busy, but not actually that bad. So whatever. I experienced my most terrifying bus ride to date. Being in the front, each car we nearly rear ended were right in front of me. My imaginary brake got quite the workout. Two hours after my plane arrived, …
France: Land of pastries and turtlenecks. I want to preface this post by stating that Paris was easily my favorite place that we visited on this whole trip. There’s too much to do there and I wish we could have stayed for a whole week. The people, the city, the language, and just the aura of the country itself are absolutely beautiful. I …

I woke up on the Eurostar to green fields and brilliant sunshine.
Surprised at the quality of French countryside I initially thought I was still in England. But no, the cars were driving on the other side of the road. When the train pulled into Gare du Nord I was suprised to find out just how little English was spoken here, I certaintly …

Headed to Notre Dame. Just average to me. Then went to Catacombs. Waited for two hours!! It was a 2km walk underground. Half of that walk was seeing people's dead bones. It's was spooky at first but then it was ok. I'll figure the story if the bones later. Next stop...the Eiffel Tower!!!...the only thing that keeps Paris afloat in my opinion.... This time I only waited for 3hours!! I messed up the soul of my left foot because of standing that day for 5 hours of waiting. It was so cold and windy and I really needed to pee. But I had to hold it so I didn't loose my place on line. Got to the top but went back down so quickly since I couldn't hold it any longer. I was even thinking of going from the top of the tower... It definitely worth going up there tho. Such a beautiful sight. Best part...I met Julia Marques from Brazil. So I ended the stressed night a beautiful stranger waiting for the tower to light up. Ahhh!! <3
Later I went down the main shopping strip
