    ... s old home "The White House" in Prestatyn and to Colwyn Bay Cemetery (where my Mum's ashes were scattered two years ago). Onto Conwy Castle and the smallest house in Britain. I was thrilled to wander in there yesterday and notice hundreds of cases of 2001 Bordeaux Haut Medoc piled shoulder high, at the unbelievable price of €8.95 each. Carrefour is great for large weekly shops, where you can pile the trolley full with a huge assortment of delights and spend only €100 or so.     ... went to watch Chamonix to wtach our local team play. They lost 5-11.

    The best thing about today was playing with the boys. They are best friends and have known each other for years. Maikan understands English but speaks none. Louie-Jack is fluent in both languages and is the translator for me.
