... cars back at the rental place. By this time I was on about 15% battery as I had the GPS running to Bethel and back home again. We had to fill up with petrol before we dropped the cars off but as we headed towards the petrol stations noted on my map Simon and I lost each other. No problem I thought. We both have phones though now my phone is coming up with the critical battery message. Gulp!

We will also be looking for the history of the aboriginal peoples that populated this vast continent for thousands of years before James Cook and Arthur Philip et al arrived here. On Circular Quay in Sydney we found a plaque recognizing Hughes on the promenade among many other famous writers.

... hotel we decided to walk to the ship with them instead of a taxi ….wrong decision as it was quite a different story dragging bags downhill. Our embarkation time was 1.30pm and it all went smoothly. Pretty soon we were on board and our luggage was in our cabin. Time now to get some lunch at the buffet on the next deck up from us. We were spoilt with the choices but made the best of it��.

The winters here are surprising. It's comparable to a British spring, but without any central heating the nights can feel really chilly and we always sleep in PJ's, t-shirts, socks and sometimes even a jumper.

We moved home again and are in our best pad yet. It's a 3 bedroom house, all on one level without stairs and we have loads more space. Also to Terry's benefit we have a separate lounge area so I can watch my programs and Terry ...

I want to first start off this blog post with a shout out to Jessie! Happy Australian Birthday! :) So today was a really good day! We started off with a late start to head down to Ogilvy Public Relations. We went over many things about crisis communication and just overall PR in general.
