I took a solo vacation down to Panama earlier this year and it was fantastic. I was on a tight budget so I didn't venture far outside the city, however Panama City had plenty to offer for the few days I was there. From Casco Viejo, to The Panama Canal it was a great vacation and a wonderful city. I stayed at La Jungla in El Cangrejo, my stay there was very enjoyable.
