One of the nicest hostels I have seen so far. Best shower experience, lots of common areas (indoor and outdoor), cool amenities (pool table, baby foot, wifi everywhere). Only downside is that the rooms are not sufficiently heated, which makes it cold at night. Would go there again in better weather!

This cosy, welcoming hostel was a great introduction to Santiago. Friendly and helpful staff, colourful and lively décor, and easy access to useful information. Also offers a wide selection of tours as well as many evening events such as Salsa lessons and Chilean food night. Facilities were clean and well maintained and the rooms were colourful and cool with relatively comfortable beds. Bedding and towels were included. All around a wonderful place to stay.

The nightlife in Santiago is good and so it was fun to go and party Chilean style. We went to the Human Rights museum which I had been recommended and it was interesting to learn …

Arriving from New Zealand into Chile marked a new Continent, Country number 16 and the final leg of our round the world journey. We had heard Chile was quite expensive and with so much ground to cover and little time to do it we had to pick and chose our Countries so decided to head straight to Argentina.
