... of things were made of Lego. There was the Statue of Liberty, the leaning tower of Pisa and lots of other famous buildings too. There were lots of Lego figures made out of Lego, for example a pizza man. There were lots of rides but unfortunately they were not made out of Lego (Mum things maybe that's a good thing). We walked around Legoland in amazement. The first ride we went on was a little boat ride where you could sail around and look at famous buildings built out of Lego. We saw ...

... Kolding, about 1.5 hours west of Troense, to visit Thorkid and Meta, another couple Eric stayed with 16 years ago when he was on the Rotary Exchange. It was lovely to catch up with them and learn more about their lives. They treated us to a traditional Danish lunch - more herrings and rye bread (delicious) with pastries to follow. Meta took us to another famous castle - ...

We've arrived in Denmark and making our way across to Copenhagen. At least we're back to driving in kilometres and driving on the right side of the road for a left hand drive car. I can relax now that I'm no longer in the target seat. (Imagine you're in the driver seat, facing on coming traffic, but the steering wheel and foot pedals are on the other side of the car......well I've been in that position for most of the last two months)
