... wonder what she would think of all the Australian houses! Dinner was awesome. The courses were that little more refined and really well balanced. Entree was foie gras with orange powder and mango sorbet. Main was cod with chorizo on a bed or caramelised onion and pulled beef, cheese and then coconut smoothie for dessert. We didn't have coffee but we did get the gourmand - mini coconut smoothie, choc fudge cake and creme brûlée biscuit. It was all amazing. ...
