We had a boat trip on the Grand Canal and visited another Scholar's garden within which I stick like glue to Mike for obvious reasons! ... our graduation ceremony.

It was really nice.

We showed our slideshow, gave out the certificates, and took lots of pictures.

We shared memories over watermelon and said goodbye for now.

We really have grown fond of our Chinese colleagues and are sad to bid them farewell.

We got a bus back to the hotel in the pouring rain and begun packing up our hotel rooms.

... on the event and it was more impressive than we could have imagined.

They had an English band, lots of stuff to eat, and a beautiful venue.

Before the certificates were distributed, they had a beautiful sand painting demonstration.

It was a great night.

Our bus stopped at McDonalds on the way home to the hotel and we had an early night.

Looking forward to our last day tomorrow.

... culmination of our murder mystery.

They really seemed to enjoy it, although it wasn't so much a murder mystery as it was them just asking each other questions.

After school, we enjoyed a few Tsingtaos and a nice quiet dinner.

Our evening plans consisted of KTV for the third time.

... on a rickety old boat with a gondolier that was about 75 years old. He looked like he had been doing this for centuries and was happy to show us his river. I put on my handy sandalwood ankle bracelet, which promised to ward off mosquitos. No such luck. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable ride that ended with some serenading by our gondolier.

Finding dinner resulted in an American style restaurant. Sebastian was exhausted and begging to go back to the hotel to go to sleep ...
