We were in need of some quiet time and although it meant we spent more on accommodation than we had been doing so it was nice to get into our own room and just chill.

The pool area was lovely and we met some brilliant people there; it's a great way to find out places to visit and eat of they have been here for a few days before you.

The laundry area was ok here; just not a massive drying area.

Geen geweldig hostel. Naar mijn mening iets te groot, maar omdat we er alleen maar hoefden te slapen, voldeed het prima! Er was in ieder geval gratis wifi :)

We arrived in Noosa late, as there had been an accident and we were stuck in traffic for ages! We got to Nomads hostel and checked in. We were in a room with a bunch of Newcastle lads who were trying to persuade us to go on the pub crawl. Having only just arrived we were good and said no, and went for a KFC instead :-) When we got back we had a …

Ein paar Tage Noosa. Nichts aufregendes passiert. Leider keinen Koala im Noosa Nationalpark gesehen, dafür viele schöne Strände.

a surfer town apparently. All I wanted to do here was chill. We checked in and for the first time found a set back to not being on Facebook. The wifi is free here if you "like" the hostels page - if you don't it's $2 per day! Hahah still the connection was pretty good and it allowed for us to Skype/FaceTime home. We washed some clothes and nipped …

Hola! We arrived in Noosa around midday with our Fraser Family minus Una as she was going back home to Sydney. That afternoon we were still tired from Fraser antics that we chilled out at the hostel and booked our bus tickets on the Kiwi Experience for New Zealand! Our hostel were providing a free BBQ in the evening and so in true backpacker style …

Beautiful Noosa. Travelling with Vicky, we did a coastal walk from the Main Beach to Sunshine Beach. Along the way we saw dolphins and turtles. We also did a 20km self-guided kayaktour at the Everglades. Hard work! ...but worth it.
