We arrived later that night in Split and were pretty exhausted. We all agreed on staying in and getting a good night sleep because the next day we were heading to Zagreb's National Park. Mini Dubrovnik, on an island!
We seriously almost didn't make it here, folks. We missed our boat - so crowded in summer - and rushed to catch a bus. Whew! Once we arrived, we were so so glad we did! We stayed at great place in the old town, top floor, where Rick Steves himself stays! The walls are pink and the air is conditioned.
