HONDURAN HOSPITALITY
After a 4am start, we arrive at Honduras immigration about 9am in the morning and the heat is already unbearable compared to the cool climes of the Guatemalan highlands. I thought I wasn't going to be allowed in the country with 20 questions from the immigration officer and him looking intently through the pages of stamps in my passport. …
Long journeys, rain and bus entertainment
Had to get up ridiculously early this morning to get the 7am ferry back to La Ceiba. So at 5am I got up and finished some last minute packing whilst managing to crash around loudly with my normal 'Sarahness' waking everyone up. Sorry guys! I'd organised the taxi with Marco who works at Coconut Tree and apparently he'd told the taxi guy I was going …
Beautiful little Copan and job offers

Lovely place, quiet but close to the main town and not far from the ruins.

This place is awesome . Great location, just a short walk from nearly everything you could want in Copan. The staff have been friendly, beds made every day, things are kept tidy, free purified water, and lots of helpful hints on how to get the best out of your stay here in Copan ! Enjoy !
p.s if you're a kitten lover like I am, there are some friendly little ones running around Iguana Azul for you !
