... was the chicken banquette for lunch, a tarte on tour 1 and delicious icecream on tour 2 so were clearly starving! Brochure from tour suggested falafel house near our train stop but this was sadly closed. ... It was tough to pull myself away from such an incredible place, but I had to get to Paris that night if I wanted a place to sleep.

Walked for ages along Rue Rivoli looking for a shop that Maddie wanted to find. Had lunch in the cafeteria of BHV department store. So this store is not the top of the range kind but none the less was very impressive. I have never seen a craft section like the one they have.
