1st tourist day
I have been here in India for 2 days. One day travel to Udaipur. The flight to Udaipur was first schedule for 12 noon, it finally left at 17:30. When I gave a sign of frustration the airline Representative said "welcome to India", he then gave me a pass to the lounge.

... pleasure. We created some fantastic food and soaked up loads of tips and medicinal properties of all the spices. It was by far the biggest meal we've eaten the whole trip.
The food we cooked included: A fruit packed biryani and fruity raita, a delicious saffron lassi with mixed fruit and nuts, shahi paneer (yoghurt panner cheese curry), dal and a selection of breads.
