    I got up early today and went for a surf at 07:30. It was a beautiful last day of 2012 the sun was out and the water was smooth. The surf was a a bit slow, not many waves coming through.

    I woke up and checked the surf. It was mid tide and about 2-3 feet. So I went and hired a board. This time I got a 6'3 but real thick. I paddled out for a surf while Elisha was still in bed.
