      Besides the very interesting layout of the city, the fascinating buildings, etc I couldn't wait to leave the maze! It was cold and foggy and I was tired after getting myself lost for 2 hours looking for my hostel on the main land. It's great for the avoid shopper who doesn't mind high prices!       ... to Venice without any urgency. Our seats were all located next to each other…facing each other…perfect. This time we all managed to have a quick powernap at different parts of the journey, arriving into Venezia Santa Lucia right on time at 13.33pm. (this was so exciting, as we were arriving we could see cruise ships and were wondering which one was ours)

The wonderful buildings, the café’s filled with people watching others pass by, bridges crossing over the canal, flower boxes filled with bright colorful blooms hanging from so many windows, and best of all no cars.
