... so I went into the Parc de la Ligne Arabe in the hope of finding some cover, but to my horror I found tens of covered 'shrouds' lying under bushes, by trees, around walls and in flower beds! This place was clearly a homeless outdoor hostel! It was really spooky and I left quickly, asking a security guy who very nicely took me 3 floors up into the building he was guarding, to let me use theirs. The tiny space he showed me to contained the usual hole ...

... Here is perhaps where age steps in with a watch and wagging finger - tick tock. Spending 45 minutes watching ants feels less like a revelation and more like a waste. If there isn't enough time for me to live all the lives I want to live, there certainly isn't enough time for ants more than once a week (at most)!

... filled our bellys numerous times. you buy the fish off a stall then take it to a restaurant in the corner with its giant gas grill and hand it over where they cook your catch for about 3 quid a person. The kite surfing has proved to be quite demanding, i spent 3 days on the beach, fighting with the kite and getting launched/dragged into the sea, its going to take some more time to get the hang of it, but i will try when i get back to Sweden.
