    ... and huge and very close volcano makes you feel like you're in Jurassic Park or something. So cool. We wandered down the river for a while through the forest, and got to some rapids downstream and jumped around the rocks for a while.     ... the dust level, and can make the road works interesting. Half the trip of 200km to Chaiten was roadworks, but at least half was new tarseal. Come back in two years and there will be no gravel! Another comfortable cabana near the river of our night stop.

    ... was still going well at his own pace. The Durham boys were having problems with panniers. I am not racing, but it is a nice boon to be days ahead of a few people who are trying to go fast.

    ... 5 was brewed as an anniversary product and much stronger than a standard beer, but it was very nice all the same. The food was equally as good and while we ate, we had a nice view of the volcanoes as the sun set.
