Day two in Prague

A travel blog entry by jrpeacock

On my God it's hot. The Irish girls in our room woke us a fair amount last night as they went out so we've had a bit of a slow day. We've treated ourselves to washing all our clothes to a stay in a launderette so we sorted that this morning. I now have very little clothing until tomorrow at 2pm! We know nothing about Prague or the Czech Republic so …

Day three in Prague

A travel blog entry by jrpeacock

Again, this morning was painful. The added heat didn't help so we headed down for breakfast then went back up to bed for a bit! We had some tasks from the girls to do though so we headed out. We walked to the dancing building which is nipped in at the waist to preserve the views from neighbouring buildings - very thoughtful. We did a little dance …

Berlin to Prague

A travel blog entry by jrpeacock

5 hours on a train to Prague. It was decorated in that brown and mustard yellow style of the 60s with carpet on the ceiling but not on the floor. But it was comfortable enough. We were lucky enough to find seats that people had reserved up until Berlin so were free for our journey. The start of our trip involved a lot of people going back and forth …

Prague Day 2

Afterward, half of the castle district was closed off because …

We stayed here for 3 nights and met some awesome kiwi's! This place was everything you could ask.. Except breakfast consisted of warm milk and slight stale cereal. Other than that it was perfect and the staff are so friendly :)
