... was located on a pirate ship in a pond. I got Lisa to take a picture outside of it, and the pirate statue scared the heck out of both of us by raising its head and speaking to us in Danish when we went by it! The whole place was completely covered in Christmas lights, and there was Santa’s sleigh with real reindeer around it. Tiden nærmer sig, og der er nu kun 10 dage til vi skal afsted.
Dagen i dag bruges på indkøb, madlavning, pynt, samt mental- og praktisk forberedelse.
12 kilo mel, 9 pakker gær og en masse øl og sodavand er på indkøbslisten, så nu er det bare at komme i sving! Desuden forsøger vi på bedste vis, at forberede os på at skulle afsted på den rejse vi, siden børnehaven, har planlagt.

... Palace at Amelianborg to see the change of the guards, full monty this time round. Beautiful palace buildings and apartments for the royals, who seem very accessible and popular, appearing on the balconies for a wave whenever they are in residence. ( good old Aussie sheila.) Nyhavn is delightful- old merchant houses along the canal, packed with boats and cafes, and buskers. Plenty of waffle cones (don't call them Copenhagen cones here!) and Belgian waffles.
