... Little Mermaid!

We moved on, following him around the back street of Prague ( which are nearly all cobbled ) and seeing the important places of interest on this side of the river. He told a good story and was highly entertaining. If you only have a limited time in a city these tours are an excellent way to learn a lot and see a lot in a short space of time. ... a train that headed to Dresden, which I wish we had more time to visit. From there, we took a train that would arrive in Prague and eventually got to the city. Our hotel is fantastic and smells like lavender. Also, very Wes Anderson-esque. Hotbox!

... for Christmas. Then I wandered through Wenceslas Square and windowed shopped when it started to rain so returned to the hostel to pack and prepare for my trip home!!! And that was Prague! The end of my journey! I loved Prague it was beautiful heaps to see and do, would definitely come back here! I will write one more blog soon on my reflections but this is the end of my travel documentation, thank you for reading I will see you in Australia in 2 days!!! ...

... apple strudel for dessert! After dinner we did another optional tour of Prague by night with a local tour guide who took us for a short walk up to the nearby Monastery ten around the city on a "choo choo train" (her words) then a boat trip up and down the river. Spectacular view of the old buildings and churches lit up - we will see the city by day tomorrow which apparently gives it a whole different look. Back home by 1030pm and now absolutely knackered as I finish today's ...

... Kutna Hora, an hour's train ride away. The Ossuary is a small Roman Catholic chapel, located beneath the Cemetery Church of All Saints. The main reason for visiting is to see the skeletons of approximately 60,000 people, whose bones have been arranged to form decorations and furnishings for the chapel, including a giant chandelier. A bit odd, but very interesting!
