... Woszczowa. It looked religious. I finally hit the 100 mark and reached a campsite, which is more like a football field at the end of a line of kebab stands and campsite cabins near a lake, in Sielpia Wielka. It's full of the kind of people spending their summer in the same campsite. Yup. After three and a bit weeks of moving around, we had some time out. With a massive trade fair for plastic manufacturers in Kielce, all hotels and apartments are booked out. With the help of Booking.Com I found this place, about 40kms from the rellies in Kielce.

... about Adelaide drivers again, as Polish ones seem to have little regard for speed limits, double white lines or slowing down for built up areas. We took it slow and steady, and after wrong directions from the GPS, eventually found the hotel we are staying in. ... we headed back to the apartment and found a fantastic restaurant for dinner. The meal with drinks for three of us was around $55AUD!

It has been wonderful for Vik to reconnect with family, and to hear tales of his father as a young man. He has certainly remembered all his Polish language, and he fits in so well that it is often necessary for me to do a double take to find the Port Adelaide fanatic Australian!
