We actually stayed in the four seasons hostel which is attached or part of the downtown, I think? It was clean and the staff was friendly. It's close to the train station and Coloseum . The laundry is very expensive.bad internet connection

Nice enough place, VERY easy to get to from the termini station. Fresh clean bedding in large dorms and brilliant reception staff. Lockers in our room at least, didn't work and the showers aren't great. Good breakfast buffet spread but very limitedkitchen facilities otherwise.

Good value-for-money. Only down point is that the heater did not work properly. Apart from that, everything is good.

Good environment, good staff, good location. Only thing I didn't like was the wifi set up, strange to have to get a new code every three hours.

Got up sunday morning in siena, walked two miles from hostel to train station. Thought I was going to miss train; train was going to leave at 8:20, had long walk, but made it to station by 8:05. Breathed sigh of relief. Took phone off airplane mode, time suddenly changed to 9:05. Looked at information board, train I wanted to take was gone. …

After saying goodbye to Florence we hopped on the train to Rome, our final stop in Italy. Luckily we were staying close to the station, so after dumping our bags we headed out to find a quiet spot to plan out our time here. Finding a square with some shade we sat with the guidebook and the map planning out the next couple of days. After some …

When in Rome do as the Romans do...well I don't smoke or drink enough, but I do love pizza and pasta! We were basically in the heart of Chinatown of Rome. Our first night we arrived at 10:30 pm. We had n WiFi anywhere so we just walked near the train station to find a hotel. We were exhausted so we played the hefty sum to stay for one night.< …
