... The resemblance of Zacatecas was very similar to certain parts of the Phlippines. They style of buildings, signs, cars, were so similar. Mexico and the Phlippines were both spanish colonies long before which is the reason why they are so similar in resemblance. Zacatecas is a colonial city with wonderful spanish baroque architecture. There are stone paved roads which reminded me of the streets of Florence. There is some traffic here, but not too much so ...
