    We had to get on the road by 10am this morning for a couple of reasons. We wanted enough time to see Dali's home town of Figueres, wait for Barcelona's traffic to ease and make it to our next stop back in France at Collioure.     ... gorgeous stone building about 900 years old. This time it's simplicity was stark but beautiful.

    Back in the car we had a 2 hour drive which was an easy drive on the motor way. We arrived at Girona in Spain but had a little trouble finding the hotel as it wasn't listed on the GPS. Eventually we did and parked the car after driving around the roundabout about 3 times.

    Where did winter go? We celebrated the six month mark with a beautiful day at the city beach in Valencia, and then last week the seventh month mark blew by in a whirlwind of school spring celebrations.
